Went to them on a Friday because something felt off as I was driving around. Asked the tech if he would put air in my front tire (because the dash said it was low) and then check the other 3 just in case. He said sure and then came back to tell me that my front drivers side tire was so bad he really shouldn’t put air in it but he will because there weren’t wires showing, yet. Then he proceeded to tell me that my back tires needed to be replaced but were fine. Stated that he filled them to the correct pressure but I did not need to rush to replace them. I was so grateful for all his help. I told him I’d make an appointment and come get tires the following week. Left for work the next morning and 10 mins into my drive my car just started dragging and struggling. Had a nice woman scream that my tire was not just flat but sunken in and I needed to pull over. I did and this is what I found. No puncture, rip or tear. Just a collapsed tire. I’ve never used Midas and after this, I never will.

Excellent customer service and quality repairs, I cannot say enough positive things about this Midas! They diagnosed my car's issue quickly, gave me a reasonable estimate, and I cannot give enough glowing praise for the way they took care of my car. They went above and beyond, and I am so grateful!

I liked them the first time I came, so went back for another oil change - and found out that I needed four new tires! I have a high bar for trusting businesses and especially car places, but this place has gained my trust. I appreciate the the way that they treated me - wholly respectful, as a business should be but not often is.
